Hi, welcome back to my blog. Today I won't be writing much as I DID A VLOG for my bintan trip!! I didn't expect that my first vlog is actually a school trip but you know we are all AVT students, so why not?! But, I didn't talk much though....(so need to improve my skills for vlog)

Actually this trip is more like a "learning journey", we went to do some CIP over there at the orphanage. The moment I entered the orphanage, I felt both happy and sad at the same time... Visiting the orphanage make me realised on how fortunate I am and I've start appreciating the little things in life when you see people who don’t have them.

Yup, ALSO, because its a school trip so I thought that wearing bikini is kind of inappropriate... (sand, sea and sun but no bikini is like you never been to Bintan....) So I decided to wake up super early to wear it just for photo taking purposes, but well, the photo turns out quite blurry so I AM VERY SAD...

So Hi everyone, It been ages since I LAST updated my blog.

Today I won't be blogging about any sponsorship but just more about me.

YA, indeed I am a boring person I admit.. So you may just want to stop reading here :)

As usual, I am still very busy everyday with everything, I mean, YES everything.... It's finally holidays now, er but its not gonna be like as one? coz my holidays are already planned ahead with all such commitments, I do question myself sometimes if being so greedy by taking up so much responsibilities is the right choice........

OK let's get started

My name is Tracy Lin Yu Hsin, Tracy is not in my NRIC but because Taiwanese love to give themselves an English name so I have one as well. WHY TRACY? cos I used to like tweety bird ALOT so my dad thought that Tracy sounds like tweety?! Ok so IF you don't know how to pronounce my Chinese name just don't try because I dislike my Chinese name! & Did I mention that I am a Taiwanese? PURE Taiwanese!

How to define myself? Actually theres nothing special about me. I will say that I don't have an identity as in I don't have THAT something about me that will make you remember me vividly.

BUT

I feel there are so many tiny details in life that all contribute to who I am, especially those experiences and failures, not forgetting about those colourful parts in my life that helped shape the person I am today.

Currently studying at Ngee Ann Poly Audio-visual Technology but I suck at photography and videography but I am keen to learn. I am in NRA but I rarely dance hiphop. I love make ups so I am considering doing make up tutorials. I LOVE PINK. I love day dreaming. I love beautiful things. I love animals. I love BREADS. I may be practical sometimes but I love handmade stuffs. I hate kids. I hate blueberries but I love raspberries. I cry easily and emotional. I don't give up easily. I cherish everyone around me and I mean it. I scared of gaining weight so I am like dieting everyday but I love cafe hopping. I do have a dream but it is a too far. I hate my face shape a lot because it is so round like fishball so I want to go for plastic surgery. AND I am not creative AT ALL.

I can say that I am pretty friendly and easy going, but most people think that I am unapproachable. I may be strong outside but dying inside. I am super straightforward. I am weird because I always think that my life is a drama, theres always someone that is watching me //and I hope that my life is a Korean drama. I love to try but scared of failure. I feel that I am not just tiny for the world but in everything and everyone. I always overthink.

Last, I don't smile much in photos because I look fat.

so, i think that's a summary about me?!

I will update my blog more frequently and to share more!

So basically I am a really lazy person, which I usually spend about 20 minutes on my daily make up?

Now, with these eyelashes done permanently. I only need about 10 mins everyday before school!

The whole eyelash extention procedure lasted for less than an hour which is extremely fast!!! It is totally painless or rather comfortable that I actually fall asleep!!

Hi everyone, this is my second post about new hairdo - Salon De Choix!

Some of you may know, I had dyed my hair recently to ash green!

Yup, I wanted to dye ash colour for quite sometimes, but I don't wish to further spoil my hair. Hence I took lots of consideration before I actually made up my mind.

Just a little background about my hair, I had dyed RAINBOW colour before which required many times of bleaching (4 times if I didn't remember it wrongly) and BLUE colour during Chinese New Year which definitely requires bleaching as well.

Now you know the reason why is my hair so damaged and dry...

My hair was so rough till it drops everytime when i am combing my hair!

However, my friend told me that I suit lighter hair colour more which makes me nearly go blonde last time.

The latest hair colour I had was this golden ash light blown which I really love it a lot!!

(PS. I missed my long hair..)

So to prevent my hair from continuing bleaching and spoiling, I went to salon to cover all my hair colours to darker brown. I thought of doing so, I can stop colouring my hair furtermore and to save my hair from becoming grass. But my desire of getting lighter hair colour never dies..

OK THE INTRODUCTION IS TOO LONG.. Let me get straight to the main point..

After dyeing my hair to ash green, my hair still reminds healthy, in fact, smoother than last time I will say?!

You may wonder why, here's my secret..

Salon De Choix is using this new, amazing product by the name of Olaplex. This product line is basically changing the game when it comes to protecting hair from the dangers chemical processing. Just to recap, the Olaplex system claims to have the ability to rebuild disulfide bonds in the hair. Disulfide bonds give our hair its elasticity and strength. The Olaplex technology vows to permanently rebuild these broken bonds. The innovation that create Olaplex is so unique that they've secured 8 patents. When hair product holds multiple patents, that let's me know that other formulations on the market aren't able to compare.

My hairstylist, Brandon used 12% of bleaching and sufficient amount of Olaplex #1 [the BOND MULTIPLIER] adding it to lightener for stage 1. I didn't bleach my entire head but with massive highlights, so as to brighten up my hair colour and also for the preparation for stage 2.

After the first wash, I was already quite satisfied with the outcome of those highlights! It was actually prettier than I thought it would be. For a moment I just want to leave it like this without applying any ash colour no more!!

Then we are now coming to stage 2 - applying green and ash colour!

After getting all the colours up, it leaves up to about 20-30 minutes long..

Before washing, brandon applied Olaplex #2 [the BOND PERFECTOR] which is the after color is rinsed from the hair to dramatically reduce breakage with every color service. After applying Olaplex 2, left it on to sit in for about 15-20 minutes for it to be fully absorbed and rinsed off after that. OH YA, i forget to mention that Salon De Choix have hair washing chair which provides massage! So while you are washing your hair or waiting don't worry, theres massage services! WHO DOESNT LOVE MASSAGE?!

So finally, after 6 hours journey in the salon, the results are amazing! It's turns out to be what I really wanted!

what surprise me is that i didn't drop a single strain of hair on the comb while brandon is styling my hair!

I swear I am a super duper lazy blogger that you have never seen. but, HELLO. I am finally blogging again after so many months!!! Was so busy with school due to exams and now I am busy with dance and work. I REALLY NEED A BREAKKKKK!

Even if my schedules are so super packed, but I always have time for facial! Well, which girl doesn't love facial? Erm, I will say it is like a monthly essential?

Last Tuesday, I headed over to Orchard going to have my facial done at a totally new place called "Bon Elements!". Firstly I have trouble finding my way there, because I have no idea where is international building. So I called my friend for help and yup, if you are like ME, just spot a 24-h TCC and that is the final destination!

My face condition is terrible... indeed, My consultant asked me how often do I do facial. I usually did facial once in 3 months, but from today onwards I will change to once in 1 month. Ladies, Chinese say 沒有醜女人只有懶女人 it's time to take good care of your face and skin before it's too late! & trust me, facial will totally improve your skin tone and complexion, the results is really effective and visible immediately after the treatment.

After being ushered into the room, I got myself changed and get ready to start the treatment.

First of all, my consultant helped me to remove all my make ups and clean my face thoroughly.

Then clear my blackheads (which I feel that I have a totally new smooth nose after that) , exfoliate and cleanse my face etc... the entire treatment ended with applying mask on my face for about 15-20 min (which i literally fall asleep.... ) The whole treatment took up about 1.5-2 h!!!

As you can see the overall complexion improved and is brighter after the laser & customized facial I have received. AND my eye bags become smaller? LIKE FINALLY? I always have this problem about eye bags and thank you Bon Element for solving it. I do know that some of my friends told me that she feels pain during her facial but I can assure you that their facial treatment is painless.

Can't wait for my next treatment in 3 weeks time!!!

However just a side note, Facials alone would not help us achieve a healthy complexion, much works such as ensuring we have ample hours of rest each night, drinking sufficient water & daily routine of skin care to keep our skin well hydrated.

I am back... with my new hair! Yup, it has been quite a while since I changed my hair style. I mean, having a short(shorter) hair. Say yay to my new hair sponsor Salon De Choix!! ABOUT 2 WEEKS AGO.. I stepped into the salon with nothing in mind, I don't know what hairstyle that actually suits me best or rather if I am able to fit in my desired hairstyle well. I have been dyeing, perming, bleaching & curling my hair previously so my hair condition was really TERRIBLE, hmmm basically it is like HAY instead of hair? AND with no doubt, Brandon decided to chop off my hair after staring at it for quite sometimes.

I didn't agree with him for cutting away inches of my hair at first because i cherish my hair a lot a lot a lot...... my hair was at about my waist area and now u wanna cut till shoulder length? " ARE YOU MAD BRO?!". Brandon persuaded me and said that it's time to change, A NEW TRACY & base on my hair condition, I have to cut my super dry hair away sooner or later. Well, I can say my hair grow pretty fast?! So after tones of consideration, I agreed to cut my hair to around chest area.

It started with touching up colours for my hair roots, then Brandon cut about 5 inches away before a hair wash.

Then it's TREATMENT TIME!! I have always been looking forward to hair treatment because I love smooth hair. (who doesn't right?!) Brandon sprayed the Nourishment and Protection Of Colour concentré & booster on my hair then to sit in for 10 minutes with a steamer on my hair. After that, he applied the hair mask and left it on to sit in for about 15-20 minutes and rinsed off after that.

The treatment was so good that I can totally feel the different after wash! Then Brandon started trimming and cutting layers to shape my hair. I swear I super love the side view of my hair!!!!!

I got to be honest that I felt weird with my new hair at first as it became super light and SHORT, I was feeling extremely insecure about it. BUT i manage to get use to it like errrr... after about a week?! Although I STILL think that I look better in long hair but I did get lots of compliment about my hair like my friends said that i look fresher like this! NOW I do wish my hair will stay in this length forever sometimes because I am totally in my with it.

Yes, I can't wait for my next visit to Salon De Choix and I am all ready to see magics on my hair!
